Our land
Emilia is the cradle of great gastronomic traditions and bonds with land and agriculture. Savouring typical local products allows people to get to know the culture of our territory better.
A feature we are proud of: combining quality flours with an accurate choice of typical food and wine products handcrafted to enhance the tradition and the flavours of our cuisine.
It is our very concrete way to enhance the big and small treasures of the territory, and to spread their knowledge at international level.
Polenta
Our polenta flours are made only from selected corn, dried and free of all impurities, so as to guarantee the right grit in grinding and the perfect cooking yield, without lumps, even for the instant version, ready in just 3 minutes.

Italian Rice
Our rice is 100% Italian, of arborio and carnaroli variety, therefore ideal to ensure perfect cooking in rich and tasty dishes, starting from risotto.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
it is the most used and highest quality rice in Italian cuisine. Thanks to the high amylose content, it is a rice that does not overcook and does not disintegrate and that is why it is indicated for the preparation of risotto.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
A unique product in the world. Obtained from cooked grape must and slowly fermented in small wooden barrels. Intense and fragrant, it is a touch of class for meats, cheese and even fruit and ice cream.

Enovite is our PGI wine that portrays the story of the Emilian land and enhances the aromatic and fruity taste of the best Lambrusco grapes, which are world-renowned. A tradition stemming from the vineyards in Reggio Emilia and from a grape harvest still done by hand that reaches tables all over the world.
Bottles with a refined, essential and modern design, as the product needs to be pleasing to the eye as well.

Lambrusco Classico, red and slightly sparkling wine. Bright, intense crimson red, almost fuchsia. Fresh and floral to the nose and palate, with notes of wild berries and raspberries. The sweet taste is not predominant as it is balanced by the acidity and moderate presence of tannins, without affecting structure and flavour.

Slightly sparkling white Lambrusco wine, delicate with a fine and pleasant foam. Very pale yellow. The scent recalls grass fields, without neglecting the typical fruitiness of Lambrusco given by notes of unripe green apples. Easy on the palate, mineral and very balanced between freshness and acidity. Also excellent for warm summer evenings.

A classic Lambrusco: Amabile. The mushroom cork suggests a generous and abundant foam. Intense and yet bright ruby-red. Typical scents of woods and wild berries, such as blackberries and raspberries. Balanced taste, fruity and yet acidulous with a delicate and pleasant sugary aftertaste.
