Also this year the Open Mills Day – 2019 edition, created by ITALMOPA, was a huge success!
Accompanied by Davide, the numerous participants were able to discover all the secrets of the art of flour production and the different qualities of common wheat.
Special thanks to those who organised and made all this possible, to those who spent a pleasant day with us having fun and in the sign of knowledge of the milling art, and to those who could not be there but were with us with the thought!
